It can help to brighten the skin, but it also protects your skin from pollution. So, I really love this for my morning routine, but then I would occasionally use it at nighttime as well. And I forgot how much I really loved this product. This can be used with vitamin C, with other types of antioxidants if you wanted to pair up all of your antioxidants together, but you can honestly use this with so many other ingredients. And this is also great to use before red light therapy. If you have a red light therapy mask at home, you can actually apply this prior to your red light therapy. And there's studies that actually show that green tea and red light therapy work really well with one another to enhance results."

"The first green tea product that I'm going to be sharing is the Isntree Green Tea Fresh Toner. If you've been with me for a while, you might remember me talking about this several years ago, as I used to use this in my skincare routine every day, twice a day. Green tea is an antioxidant, and antioxidants can really help to protect your skin from everyday pollution, give that brighter complexion, and treat signs of aging as well. Not only does this contain the green tea, but it also has EGCG, beta, evening primrose, and Centella Asiatica. The ingredient list here is really impressive. If you have oily combination skin, this will be excellent to use because this can actually help to reduce oil. If you have dry skin, this is extremely hydrating and it's also very calming to the skin as well. So I love using this when I have dry skin, I love using this when my skin is a little bit oily. It's great for all year round, and I love it because it is so easy to use because it's a toner. Of course you can put this into the palm of your hand and apply it to your skin that way, which is what I typically do, but if you choose to use this with a cotton ball or a cotton round, feel free to do so."

"I didn't even read the instructions and I was like, why doesn't this feel like anything? That's because it doesn't really hydrate that much, it absorbs super quickly and it's just gone. So if you have oily skin, for daily use you can try it out, it's okay. But for me, I'm not going to repurchase it."

"I think this might be more for oily skin types, and I have dry skin. When I use this, it feels like one of those products where I'm tempted to say it does nothing, though I don't think that's true, I think every product does something. As a dry skin type I need hydration, and as somebody with acne I need calming, and I just don't get that from this product. But it might balance sebum production for people with oily skin, and they might really see results from this."
