It's not super mattifying, but it's not super luminous either, so it just walks that nice fine line where it's going to make your eye puffiness look diminished. It's going to also help to make your pores look diminished. And I love the packaging on it. I love powders that have this little resealable lid and the little mesh here. It doesn't add any heaviness or make your makeup look cakey."

"Another powder that I tried this year that I really like a lot is the Sephora Blur It Powder. I feel like it does make my pores and my under eyes look less puffy, less big for a while, longer than an hour, but not all day. Again, I come back later in the day and I'm like, do I love it? Do I not love it? I think I love it, but I'm not 100% sure. I can't give it that glowing recommendation like I want to. This one also comes in colors. I got the brightening pink and I do like the brightening pink. The thing about this is that it's very finely milled and it doesn't feel dry and it doesn't make my makeup look cakey. So if you have never really wanted to try a powder because you were nervous that it would make your makeup feel dry or make your skin feel dry, give this one a try because it doesn't do that."
